Propura is a global property marketplace. Buyers can browse and search listings from around the world and enquire directly; individual sellers and estate agents can list property for sale or rent.
You can browse and search listings without an account. You need a free account to save properties, save searches, send enquiries, message sellers, and create your own listings.
Use the currency selector in the top navigation. Prices across the site — including the globe and listing pages — will convert to your chosen currency using live exchange rates.
Use the search page to filter by location, price range, and bedrooms, or explore visually by dragging and zooming the globe on the homepage. Each pin is a live listing.
Open any listing and use the enquiry box to send a message. If the seller is an agent, the listing shows the agency name and the individual agent. Your conversations live in your Inbox.
Yes. Use the save (heart) button on any listing to add it to your Saved Properties, and save a search to come back to it later. Both are available from your profile.
Go to create a listing and follow the steps: location, details, photos, and pricing. You can save a draft at any point and publish when you're ready.
To publish (make a listing public), your account must be verified: your email confirmed and your property deed approved. You can always save listings as drafts in the meantime. See "How does seller verification work?" below.
Upload your property deed in your Document Vault (category "Property Deed"), then click "Submit Deed for Verification". Our team reviews it manually and you'll be emailed the outcome. Once approved, you can publish listings. You can check your status any time on the Profile tab of My Account.
Open My Account. If your email is unverified, use "Resend verification email" and click the link in the email we send you.
A private, password-protected area of your account for storing sensitive documents such as deeds, contracts, and ID. Files are stored securely and only you can access them.
On the Login & Security tab of My Account you can change your password, enable two-factor authentication, and sign out of other devices.
