Buy and sell property across borders on one marketplace

Propura is a global property marketplace for buying and selling homes across borders. Browse real listings from around the world on one live, interactive globe — with every price shown in your own currency, across more than 120 currencies. Sellers list their property directly, and every listing shows whether we have checked its title deed, so you know what has been verified before you enquire. Buyers message sellers directly, with no third-party banner ads. It is free to list and free to browse.

Whether you are buying a holiday home in another country, relocating abroad, or investing internationally, Propura brings cross-border property into a single place — so your budget goes as far as the world allows, not just your own postcode. Explore the live globe, save the places you love, and reach the people selling directly.

Frequently asked questions

What is Propura?
Propura is a global property marketplace where people list and browse homes for sale across borders. You explore real listings on a live, interactive globe, see prices in your own currency, and message sellers directly.
How does buying property across borders work?
You browse international listings, contact the seller directly through Propura, and arrange the purchase with them. Propura shows every price in your chosen currency so you can compare markets worldwide. The sale is between you and the seller — we recommend using a qualified local lawyer or notary in the country you are buying in.
Is it free to list?
Yes. Listing and browsing on Propura are free. Optional paid plans and listing boosts are available for sellers who want more visibility.
What does deed-verified mean?
It means a private seller has sent us documentation of their ownership of that property and we have checked it. Every listing carries one label or the other — "Deed Verified" or "Not Deed Verified" — so you always know which you are looking at. Listings from estate agents and developers show "Licensed Agent" instead, because an agent does not own the property they are listing and so has no deed to give us. Every seller, private or professional, has their identity or their agency verified before they can publish.
How are prices shown?
Every listing price is converted into your chosen currency, across more than 120 currencies, so you can compare property anywhere in the world at a glance.
