When you contact someone, your message goes to that seller or agent — and no one else. We never sell or auction your interest as a “lead”.
Every cost is shown up front, before you commit to anything. No surprise commissions, no hidden charges.
Sellers prove ownership before a listing goes live. Buyers demonstrate funding before they can make an offer. (See How verification works.)
We never sell your personal information. Your documents stay in your vault and are shared only when you choose to share them.
Buyers, private sellers, agents and developers are treated by one consistent set of rules. Fairness isn’t a tier you pay for.
